Phi Kappa Psi (Phi Psi) is a diverse brotherhood of honorable gentlemen who strive for scholastic, athletic and social excellence. Phi Kappa Psi is the largest national foundation of any Fraternity and we boast hundreds of successful alumni ranging from former president Woodrow Wilson to the famous TV actor Zach Braff. As the winners of our National fraternity’s highest GPA for our district, we aim to further academic excellence by encouraging and requiring academic sessions and study hours from all our brothers. This has proven to be helpful, as a good amount of our brothers have continued to excel academically. In addition to academic excellence, Phi Psi aims to establish and build campus relations by consistently participating in intramurals; from football to soccer to racquetball, we value competition as well as building teamwork and friendships. While we do view intramurals as being very important, our school involvement is not limited to only sports. Last spring and fall semesters we participated (with great success) in Georgia Tech’s Greek week and Homecoming week. We had an outstanding top 10 finish in Greek Week and also an equally impressive showing at Homecoming. For Homecoming we also had a high participation in TeamBuzz, Georgia Tech’s homecoming day of service. At TeamBuzz we spent the whole day working at a local elementary school, building benches and flowerbeds. Since Phi Psi was founded on the “great joy of serving others” our philanthropy involvement does not stop there. We have volunteered with Relay for Life, St. Baldrick’s Foundation and continue to build a strong relationship with our national philanthropic organization, The Boys and Girls club. Above all being a Phi Psi is about forming strong bonds of friendship that that will last a lifetime.
