Beta Theta Pi, founded in 1839, has a strong history of excellence. The Gamma Eta chapter here at Georgia Tech is no exception. Founded in 1916, our Chapter has won the James E. Dull Best Overall Fraternity Award 30 of the past 36 years. We pride ourselves on living out our principles of mutual assistance, cultivation of the intellect, and integrity. As a Brotherhood, we are well-rounded. While our Brothers are active leaders across campus, involved with everything from the Undergraduate Judiciary Cabinet to Student Ambassadors, and prolific Student Athletes, with full teams in each intramural, we consistently maintain a chapter GPA that exceeds both the All Men’s Average and All Men’s Fraternity Average. Along with these involvements we enjoy an active social calender with a hearty mix of date nights, weekend retreats, and mixers.
